Hire Resolve’s client in the mining industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Service Engineer in the Northern Cape. Responsibilities: Support and participate in sub-functional change management to drive transformation and optimization Data integrity control Identify improvement initiatives and team recognition Implement compliance requirements Plan, direct, and assess quality management Execute SHERQ programs Provide input into functional planning Implementation of operational plans Sub-functional resource utilization Business intelligence and trend analyses Engineering project management Engineering technical support Comply with IMS standards Contribute to functional budget planning Implement and manage the approved budget Responsibilities: Grade 12 GCC Mines and works National Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering At least 5 years of Engineering and Production Experience in a Mining environment 3 years of project management experience Benefits: Salary: R1.3Mil/yr - R1.7Mil/yr, salary negotiable Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity) Training & Development Paid Time Off (PTO) (if applicable) Contact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.
