Service Sales/Customer Service Internship - - Johannesburg

Duties & Responsibilities

Assist the sales team in identifying potential clients and generating leads through market research and outreach efforts.
Support the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
Communicate with existing and prospective clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to understand their needs and promote our service offerings.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate service delivery and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and other relevant data using our CRM system.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and procedures by providing feedback and innovative ideas.
Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and industry expertise.

Requirements

Completed a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business Management or related fields.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
Strong interest in sales, marketing, or customer service.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to build and establish positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
Detail-oriented with good organisational and time management skills.
