DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Complete inspection and quality documentation
- Liaise with Production and other relevant departments regarding quality defects.
- Conduct thorough inspections of products to ensure they meet defined quality standards and specifications.
- Inspect components for quality, accuracy, and compliance with procedures and codes.
- Verify correct assembly of components and sub-assemblies.
- Ensure that work instructions and procedures are followed during manufacturing.
- Identify areas for process improvement and collaborate with the team to enhance quality and efficiency in production.
- Assist in training production staff on quality control processes and procedures to promote a culture of quality within the organization.
- Conduct testing and analysis of materials and finished products to verify compliance with quality requirements.
- Provide feedback to relevant departments regarding recurring quality issues and recommend solutions / corrective action.
- Conduct a thorough final inspection of the finished products.
- Confirm that the products meet all quality and safety standards before release.
- Identify and document any non-conformities or deviations from quality standards.
- Provide feedback to the engineering and production teams for continuous improvement.
SKILLS:
- Matric or equivalent
- Quality Management or related field qualification
- Certifications in quality control and inspection
- 3-5 Years proven experience as a Quality Inspector in a manufacturing | material handling | automotive environment
- Proven knowledge of quality control standards and techniques
- Familiarity with ISO

- Experience in technical quality inspection essential
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of quality control standards and techniques
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools used for quality inspection.
- Strong work ethic and integrity
- Problem-solving mindset
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Must be flexible to work overtime when required.
