Our Client is looking for an Insurance Underwriting Administrator with at least 5 years' experience in a short-term brokerage. Duties include but are not limited to administrative support to brokers, handling projects as identified by a Supervisor / Manager, correspondence, diary follow-ups for outstanding documentation, underwriting new business (Commercial and Domestic), renewals, finalising renewal terms on both Commercial and Domestic policies, comparative quotations for the client, obtaining all of the relevant documentation, including FICA documents, jewellery valuation certificates etc, continually providing updates for the Broker, updating Flexi docs, Flexi notes, updating new policies and renewals, using the full function of Flexi and drawing Premium Confirmations and reporting suspicious activities to your Supervisor / Manager Heavy Commercial Vehicle experience advantageous.
