Job DescriptionOur client seeks an exceptional candidate who is professional and well-groomed with excellent all round communication skill to join the team.
You will be responsible for:
- Welcoming and hosting of guests
- General front of house and reception duties
- Bar tending and hosting where needed
- Effective handling of guest enquiries
- Matric
- Hospitality Management Diploma or equivalent
The successful candidate must have:
- Previous front of house or lodge experience in a 4/5-star environment would be advantageous
- Must be able to prioritize and manage tasks independently
- Must be computer literate and willing to learn other operating systems such as Pastel, Nightsbridge etc.
- Must be fluent in English (Verbal & Written)
- High level of telephone etiquette
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Maintain effective customer relationships
- Must have a drivers license
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Must be passionate about the Hospitality Industry
- Team player with high regard for efficiency and service excellence to clients
- Single accommodation, 6 weeks on/ 2 weeks off.
- Provident fund after 3 month probation
- Access to the company Learner Management System with hundreds of short courses and certificates that can be completed
