Our client is looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in creating visually appealing graphics and managing social media platforms to enhance the company's brand online presence. You will play a crucial role in driving the digital marketing efforts, including email campaigns and lead generation, while also having a foundational understanding of SEO strategies. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio of work in digital media. Proficient in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and graphic design fundamentals. Experienced in managing social media platforms and campaigns. Strong understanding of digital marketing, including email marketing, lead generation, and SEO. Excellent communication and copywriting skills. Ability to analyse data and provide evidence-based recommendations. A degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Soft Skills: Creative and innovative thinker and planner. Confident in producing and presenting content. Organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments. Flexible and adaptable, able to drive change and innovation. Strong problem-solving skills and detail oriented. Design and produce engaging graphic content for various media including websites, social media, and email campaigns. Manage and oversee social media content for platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms. Develop and execute social media strategies to increase followers, engagement, and conversion rates. Monitor, moderate, and respond to audience comments; manage social media partnerships with other brands; and oversee creative contests and giveaways. Analyse and report on the performance of social media activities using quantitative and qualitative metrics. Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and lead generation strategies. Collaborate with other teams (e.g., sales, customer service) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions. Stay up to date with the latest industry and digital trends. Implement and optimize SEO strategies to increase the visibility of our content in search engines. All and any other related tasks & duties as expected from the employer from time to time.
