Who are we looking for? We are looking for experienced Solution Architects. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding the current landscape and design a well-architected framework of the future and the technical roadmap to evolve the solution in parallel to the evolution in dynamic CX requirements. Please note : We are building this talent pool for future roles in the financial services sector in South Africa, Kenya, Zimbabwe, Nigeria, and Ghana. Main deliverables in this role will be: Solution design Defining future-fit cloud-based architecture that can scale with increased load/volume Defining the technical roadmap for the product Acting as technical lead to the the delivery team to implement the roadmap deliverables Experience required: 10 years in IT delivery 4 years in solutions design 4 years as a Solutions Architect Financial Service experience Experience designing end-to-end and full stack Ideally, an AWS Solutions Architect Associate and/or professional certification Knowledge required: Systems architecture, analysis and design Agile systems development design Component-based and service-oriented architecture Designing and delivering resilient solutions Policies, standards, patterns, and best practices Ideally: knowledge of banking, cloud architectures, big data, DevOps, and various development technologies (preferably Cobol, Java, .NET, JavaScript, and Python ecosystems) On competitive basis.
