• Control /reporting of aftersales KPIs • Manage customer´s service and spare parts request. • monitor & improve internal spare parts management procedures • Create new after-sales opportunities. • Monitor and improve quotation process, removing the process inefficiencies. Monitor and improve the aftersales business results, increasing the annual sales revenues and contribution margin. • Supervise stores and spares aftersales team, developing and improving the performance of the aftersales colleagues MUST have • Matric with mathematics and/or accounting • Tertiary qualification in applicable field (i.e., financial, logistics), B Comm or B Tech OR Min of five years in manufacturing and/or FMCG environment Sound problem solving, decision making, negotiation skills • Advanced computer skills (Microsoft office, SYSPRO or similar ERP system, report writing) Rneg Benefits
