Stock Controller - Assistant Restaurant Manager - Diep River

What you'll do

This is a list of tasks that you will be responsible for doing on your days at work.

  • Keep track of how much stock we have, watch how it moves around, and make sure we stick to the rules about how much we should have.
  • Manage orders with suppliers and and make sure it gets here on time, depending on how much stuff we have and how much we think we'll need.
  • Look at all the data about our stock to figure out if there are any patterns or problems, like stock that doesn't sell well or stock we don't need anymore.
  • Set up and stick to a system to make sure we get stock in, store it right, and give it out right. And every now and then, check to make sure everything's still okay.
  • Work together with other teams, like the folks who buy stock, sell stock, and move stock around, to make sure we're all on the same page.
  • Make regular reports about how our stock is doing, including how much we've got, how fast it's selling, and if anything seems off.
  • Fix any problems or mistakes with our stock, like running out of things people want or having too much of things we don't need. And figure out ways to stop it from happening again.
