Hire Resolve’s client in the Mining Industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Supervisor: SHERQ Mining & Geology to join their team in the Northern Cape. Responsibilities: Conflict resolution Coordinate, implement, control and monitor change plans Data integrity control Identify improvement initiatives Promote and assure adherence to SHERQ procedures Team planning Implementation of operational plans Implementation of compliance requirements; SHERQ planning, organising and administration; SHERQ reporting and support; Comply with IMS standards.Execute SHERQ programmes Requirements: COMSOC 1 & 2 Certificate Blasting Certificate Opencast Mines Diploma in SHERQ 2 years of SHERQ Support in Opencast mining 8 Years of experience in an open cast mine Benefits: Salary: R400K/yr - R700K/yr, negotiable Performance Bonus Private Health Care Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity) Training & Development Paid Time Off (PTO) (if applicable) Contact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.
