Are you passionate about market research and proficient in survey programming? We are looking for a skilled Survey Programmer to join our team. Your primary role will involve scripting, administering and maintaining market research surveys and projects. REQUIREMENTS: Recognised post-matric qualification. Ideally two (2) or more years' experience in a Market Research role which includes survey scripting, survey deployment and monitoring. Knowledge of, and ability to use, research and scripting platforms, for example, but not limited to: Alida; Maru; Alchemer; Survey Monkey; Dooblo or other proprietary Market Research survey software. CSS or HTML experience is advantageous. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, specifically: MS Teams, MS Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. COMPETENCIES: Ability to support multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. General knowledge of conducting market research is ideal; but not compulsory. General and technical problem-solving abilities. Cross-departmental collaboration skills. Effective communication skills. Ability to effectively multi-task. Approachable “go-to” person. Adaptable. Excellent attention to detail. Process oriented approach to tasks. Sound time management skills. Strives for zero-defect and delivery excellence. ROLES and RESPONSIBILITIES: Survey Data Visualisation and Extraction – setting up cross-tables for the purpose of monitoring survey completion, exporting survey data, survey data cleaning and format-specific data preparation. Execute Administrative Tasks - related to insight community administration and community member management; incentive and reward fulfillment; compiling and maintaining process and project documentation; as well as recording activities for the compilation of cost-monitoring and operational metrics. Quality, Processes, and Improvement - demonstrate a “quality-in-all-I-do,” customer-centric approach to performing tasks, sharing “lessons learned” and participating in problem resolution discussions. Client and Internal Stakeholder Support - supports Research and Account Directors in fostering strong relationships with clients through providing technical training, ongoing support and assisting with platform and project query resolution. Project Management - as part of a Team, ensure constant communication on progress and highlighting challenges impacting on delivery. Work towards delivering all project and administrative tasks within agreed timelines .
