As the Systems Support Implementation Engineer, you will be responsible for the last-line support and maintenance of the enterprise content management using Kofax. You will enhance systems through the evaluation of current practices and implementation of improvements. You will translate business requirements into detailed system design documentation. You will generate technical reports by gathering, analyzing, and presenting information and trends. You will be required to run SQL Queries and write code. Ad hoc duties within the scope of the job may also be required. You will be responsible for developing OnBase WorkView, Workflow, e-Forms, and Unity Form Solutions, as well as monitoring, maintaining, and supporting application integrations. As a Systems Support Implementation Engineer, you can continuously enhance your skills and expertise, engaging with diverse projects exposes you to new technologies, methodologies, and challenges, fostering personal and professional growth. • Information Technology Diploma. • OnBase Workflow, WorkView, and Unity Forms certifications. • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Systems Support Implementation Engineer role. • Minimum 3 years of Enterprise Content Management platforms. • Knowledge of running SQL Queries and writing code. • Knowledge of ERP Systems and HTML/CSS and JavaScript. • Knowledge of ITIL Framework.
