Team Leader - Port Elizabeth
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
Determining, implementing and monitoring production processes and plans.
Facilitate the training of team members to ensure versatility and machine rotation for break and relief.
Responsible for daily production reports and taking action required when targets are not met.
Manpower planning.
Knowledge and adherence to H&S and HR procedures and regulations.
Maintain exceptional housekeeping standards.
Personal Attributes:
Ability to effectively monitor & direct their team.
Positive attitude with the ability to motivate their team.
Exceptional planning skills to ensure full utilization of team members.
Excellent problem-solving skills and must be good at multi-tasking.
Good sense of urgency and meticulous attention to detail.
Target driven.
Deadline driven.
Productivity, quality and safety conscious.
A proven track record of high integrity and strong team leader- Lead by example.
Must have an open mind and be willing to learn and adapt to an ever- changing environment.
Requirements:
Grade 12 with maths or equivalent.
Supervisor/Management experience with direct disciplinary responsibility (Min 2 Years).
Managerial/Supervisory qualification.
Product on hand experience will be an added advantage.
Computer Literate EXCEL Intermediate (minimum).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
