Technical Account Manager JSM Business Services, on behalf of a renowned client, is looking for dynamic Technical Account Managers (TAMs) to join our expanding team. As a key player in sustaining customer relationships and driving business growth, this role is integral to our continued success. Your Role: Customer Retention: Ensure high customer retention rates. Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through effective upselling and cross-selling within our existing client base. One-Time Sales: Secure lucrative one-time sales opportunities. Team Collaboration: Work alongside Customer Care for a seamless client experience. Key Performance Indicators: Customer Satisfaction: Achieve a CSAT score of 90% or higher. Retention Rate: Maintain a customer retention rate of 95% or more. Account Growth: Aim for a minimum of 15% annual account growth. Efficient Response & Resolution: Keep response time under 4 hours and resolution time under 24 hours. Remuneration & Benefits: Competitive Salary: Starting from 15k a month plus benefits. Dynamic Commission Structure: Earn commissions based on Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) growth, with tiers incentivizing higher retention and growth rates. One-Time Sales Commissions: Earn up to 10% commission on high-value one-time sales. Performance Accelerators: Additional commission for exceptional MRR and one-time sales growth. Additional Incentives: Including annual trips, technology allowances, flexible work arrangements, and more. Qualifications: Proven experience in account management or a similar role. Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to meet and exceed set KPIs. Commitment to ethical and professional conduct.
