Technosolar, a cutting-edge renewable energy company is seeking a Solar Technical Lead , based at our head office in Cape Town, to oversee our solar projects and technical staff. Lead residential- and small commercial solar installation and maintenance projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution. Troubleshoot technical issues related to solar systems. Mentor and guide junior team members. Assist with equipment and tool selection and planning. Utilize critical thinking skills to optimize solar system performance. Extensive experience with the following brands: Sunsynk inverters (5kW – 50kW) and batteries (incl. Sunsynk Connect App) Freedom Won Batteries (LV & HV) Deye Inverters (5kW – 50kW) (Incl. Solarman App) Deye & Volta Batteries. Related qualification: Qualified Electrician / Wireman's Licence / Engineering Degree/Diploma. Proven ability to lead and manage a team. Strong problem-solving skills. Passion for sustainable energy solutions. Market Related
