If you're a seasoned professional with a strong background in warranties, product support, and training, this role is for you!

As the Technical Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in managing our technical department, ensuring smooth operations and driving continuous improvement in our warranty processes. Your responsibilities will include formalizing our company's warranty policy, assessing claims, and providing comprehensive product support and training to staff nationwide.

To excel in this role, you'll need to have a solid foundation in Electrical Engineering or relevant technical qualifications, along with a deep understanding of battery technologies. With a minimum of 10 years' experience in warranties and support in a technical environment, and at least 7 years' experience in providing technical training, you'll be well-equipped to take on the challenges of this position.
