We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner to join our team and take charge of processing team initiatives. As the Product Manager for processing, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation, managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, and ensuring the successful launch of new products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, partnerships, operations and senior management, to deliver cutting-edge solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive product development strategy aligned with the company's vision, market trends, and requirements. Product Roadmap: Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the vision, goals, and priorities for new product development initiatives. Drive the product roadmap by collaborating with key stakeholders and balancing business objectives with technical feasibility. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with customers, partnerships teams, and internal stakeholders to understand user needs and define product requirements. Clearly document, assess and communicate product requirements, use cases, and user stories. Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development process, including concept ideation, prototyping, design, development, testing, and release. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and other product owners, to align product development efforts and ensure seamless collaboration throughout the product lifecycle. Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate product updates, project status, and key milestones to internal stakeholders, executive leadership, and other relevant parties. Seek feedback and incorporate inputs to drive continuous improvement. Performance Tracking: Define and monitor key product metrics and success criteria. Conduct post-launch analysis and gather user feedback to iterate and improve the product based on user insights. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Proven experience as a Technical Product Owner or similar role in the software/fintech industry is advantageous. Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex market dynamics and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Solid project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines. Strong leadership abilities, with a proactive and self-driven attitude. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. growth.
