Our client is seeking Technical Representatives to join their team in Musina, Limpopo.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

Service the Mine and other accounts on a needs basis by planning and organizing daily work schedule and working according to mines work cycle.
Submit detailed weekly reports to management regarding progress of installations conducted throughout week.
Request quotes from office for any new orders the mine would like to place.
Monitor competition on site.
Recommend changes in products and services by evaluating results and competitive developments.
Ensure administration reporting and any other administration requirements are done and submitted on time to relevant people.
Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Developing an understanding of company products in order to ascertain needs of customer as well as solve any problems that arise.
Ensure work is planned and all requirements are met prior to starting any installation training.
Protect organization''s values by keeping information confidential.
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Minimum requirements for the position:

Previous experience as a Technical Representative in the underground mining environment.
Grade 12.
Willing to attend two weeks of training in Johannesburg.
Local communities and Local residence of Musina, Limpopo will take preferance.
Medical fit and able to obtain a red ticket medical.
Willing to work underground.
