Must have at least 2 years experience in selling hydraulic hose and fitting
Must have a passport and experience in travelling into Southern Africa
Must have extensive experience in the mining industry
Applicant must have a valid drivers license, own reliable vehicle with a tracking device fitted
Duties
Develop a brand improvement and expansion strategy in order for the company Hose and Fittings division in the product portfolio to become and esteemed brand in the South and Southern African market.
Developing new business for the company, hose and fittings product portfolio as well as setting up long term contracts with Mining, OEMs, Distribution and other sectors.
Focus on formulating pricing structures and targeting industries and sectors where gross margins above 35 45% gross margins can be reached.
Formulate sales strategy to contribute in reaching monthly sales targets for the hose and fittings division and improve sales to new customers to the value of R 2 000 000.00 per month.
Planning inventory orders and shipping requirements of relevant products as well as setting up purchase forecasts to the suppliers annually.
Developing and setting up catalogues, marketing material and a relevant marketing campaign to assist in the strategy of business development and introduction of new products.
Visiting and attending customers and setting up meetings with potential and existing customers in the targeted sectors to introduce and commence business.
Develop a strategy to enable company to apply for tenders in mines, SOEs and other entities that put purchasing agreements out on tender.
Providing training to customers and sales personnel to improve product knowledge.
