External Sales Representative - Technical Onsite position, Pinetown, KZN Package: R15 000 CTC per month commission My client has been a prominent provider of high-quality, fast-turnaround printed circuit boards (PCBs) to the South African electronics manufacturing sector since its establishment in 1994. Their unwavering dedication to customer service and quality excellence has firmly established them as a trusted supplier for a wide range of prototype and production requirements. The company boasts a diverse product line encompassing multilayer boards, flexible circuits, and comprehensive high-volume production services, augmented by optional PCB design and layout services. My client is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative to join their team and drive business growth through customer acquisition and relationship building. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the electronics manufacturing industry. Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients within the designated sales territory, initially focusing on KwaZulu-Natal. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new business and expand market reach. Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective clients through proactive lead generation activities. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and preferences. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing technical expertise and guidance on PCB solutions. Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment on customer requirements. Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively converting leads into sales opportunities. Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities. Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, highlighting key achievements and challenges. Requirements: Matric (Non-negotiable) Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. Strong prospecting and cold-calling skills, with the ability to initiate and close deals independently. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders. Tertiary education in a relevant field is highly advantageous. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated sales territory.
