Technician (Volkswagen Experience) - - Johannesburg

We are seeking a skilled and experienced VW / Audi Motor Vehicle Technician to join the ranks of a successful Dealership based in Johannesburg.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnostic and Repair:
- Perform diagnostic tests to identify vehicle issues accurately.
- Carry out repairs and maintenance on Audi and VW vehicles according to manufacturer specifications.
- Address electrical, mechanical, and technical issues efficiently.
Routine Maintenance:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, brake inspections, and tire rotations.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with industry standards and manufacturer guidelines.
Technical Expertise:
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies, tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Attend training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to Audi and VW vehicles.
Customer Service:
- Interact with customers to understand their concerns and provide clear explanations of necessary repairs.
- Uphold a customer-centric approach, ensuring satisfaction and trust in our services.
Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs, services, and diagnostic tests performed.
- Complete service reports and documentation in a timely and organized manner.

Qualifications and requirements:

Trade Test Certificate (Motor Mechanic)
Proven experience as an Audi/VW Motor Vehicle Technician.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to explain technical information to non-technical customers.
Clear criminal record
Valid drivers license
