Ziyana Group is looking for a dynamic, highly organized and motivated TeleSales Administrator to join our team. Responsibilities Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information, including contact details, preferences, and interactions. Regularly update the CRM system with new leads, contacts, and sales activities. Target driven individual required to work in an energetic sales environment . Ability to promote and cross sell. Attend to outbound call volumes Admin and reporting ability required. Ability to convert leads into direct sales. Contacting referred leads. Building rapport and relationship. Presenting products/services. Converting referred leads. Leads data cleansing. Matric Call Centre/ Sales/ Business Certificate. 1 – 2 years work proven experience in call centre/ sales/ administrator. Good track record. Contact Centre Experience. Additional languages advantageous. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent phone etiquette and professional demeanor. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook). Apply Now
