TEMP Receptionist Administrator - Johannesburg

Contract position which might become permanent.

Minimum requirement:

  • Matric / Grade 12
  • At least 5 years previous relevant experience is essential
  • Must be presentable and well spoken
  • Good time Management and ability to work under pressure
  • Attention to detail essential
  • Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans is essential
  • Exceptional telephone etiquette
  • Outstanding customer liaison essential
  • Computer literate with excellent Excel knowledge is essential
  • Must be immediately available

Responsibilities:

  • Answering of telephone callas and directing to the correct departments
  • Taking of messages and ensuring that they get relayed promptly and efficiently
  • Meeting and greeting of clients
  • Typing, checking and sending client quotations
  • Obtaining supplier quotations
  • Setting up meetings and booking of boardrooms
  • General office duties
  • Filing of quotations.
