With a commitment to quality, innovation, and operational excellence, we're seeking a talented Territory Operations Manager to oversee our operations and drive business growth in the territory. As the Territory Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing the operational performance of our QSR outlets across multiple Countries. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, ensuring brand consistency, and delivering exceptional customer experiences while maintaining operational efficiency and compliance with company standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of all QSR outlets in multiple Countries, including staffing, inventory management, quality control, and customer service. Develop and implement operational strategies and initiatives to drive sales growth, improve profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction. Hire, train, mentor, and motivate a team of Area Managers, Store Managers, and frontline staff to ensure high performance, productivity, and adherence to company standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees and business partners to support operational excellence and drive business growth. Ensure compliance with all local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies across all QSR outlets. Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives to drive business growth and achieve operational objectives. Prepare and present regular reports and updates on operational performance, market trends, and business opportunities to senior management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the QSR or retail industry, with a track record of driving business growth and operational excellence. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic planning abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities. Willingness to travel to multiple Countries as required. Apply Now
