Reference: JHB000980-VM-1 Leading and well known medical supplier is looking for a Theatre Sales Representative for their Bloemfontein Branch. Individual must be willing to relocate at their own cost. Human Anatomy knowledge and theatre / scrubbing experience is essential. BSc Degree in Human Movement / Health Sciences is essential. Minimum of 3 years working experience as a medical device sales representative or proven industry experience with above qualification. Individual must be willing to relocate to Bloemfontein at their own cost. Fluency in English a necessity. A high quality of communication, planning and time management skills required. Good relationship building, networking, coaching, facilitating and feedback skills. Valid code 08 driver's license & own reliable transport. Able to work after hours & weekends. Intermediate knowledge of MS Office including Outlook. Develop & understand how to maintain and develop current business and seeking new business. Duties : You will be responsible for Sales and Marketing of all products in the designated medical range Attend to theatre cases to learn and develop and to apply this learning in a theatre environment and when ready give technical support in the operating theatre when required. Ensure full compliance during any hospital procedure, the SAMED code of conduct & CRICE. Prepare, review and update surgeon preference lists including quotes. Develop knowledge of how to conduct customer calls to drive business growth. Acquire the skill to lead the development of existing and new accounts. Plan and co-ordinate sales calls and strategies. Ongoing training of surgeons, registrars, and theatre staff. Activities should satisfy quantitative and qualitative objectives set out in annual sales plan for the territory. Monthly plus Basic salary, car allowance, petrol, medical aid, provident fund etc etc
