Must have an eye for aesthetics, design appreciation, and excellent communication skills. Play a crucial role in driving sales, building client relationships, and contributing to their success. Responsibilities: Client Communication and Project Refinement: · Engage with clients to refine project requirements. Market Research and Supplier Identification: · Identify potential suppliers within project requirements. Product Presentation and Coordination: · Compile product lists for projects. · Coordinate with sales coordinator for costing and samples. Sales and Client Relations: · Develop relationships with key stakeholders. · Prospect new clients and identify growth opportunities. · Provide expert product knowledge and design solutions. Sales Administration: · Process quotations and perform sales tasks as needed. Technical Expertise: · Discuss tile detailing with clients. · Work out sales prices based on costs and margins. Architectural Plan Interpretation: · Interpret plans and recommend tile solutions. Networking and Customer Acquisition: · Utilize network to acquire customers. Sales Presentations and Negotiations: · Prepare and deliver compelling presentations. · Negotiate pricing and contracts. Industry Knowledge and Networking: · Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. · Attend industry events and trade shows. Administrative Tasks and Record-Keeping: · Maintain accurate records using CRM software. Position Overview: Seeking a Sales Representative with building industry experience.
