Minimum requirements:

Tool, Jig and Die Maker, Red Seal / Trade papers
3 years' experience as a Tool, Jig and Die Maker with a focus on Press Tools
Proficient in CAD/CAM software for tool design
Strong machining skills with both conventional and CNC Machines
In-depth knowledge of metallurgy and materials used in tooling
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Meticulous attention to detail to ensure precision in tool manufacturing (Fine tolerance)
Work in a fast paced manufacturing environment
