Responsibility: Training Facilitation Training Program Coordination Assessments and Ratings on individuals Record keeping of all assessments and training material MQA administration coordination Minimum Requirements: National Senior Certificate Candidates must have a valid driver's license Assessor, Facilitator and Moderator certificates Red Seal Certificate Extensive Training and Development Practice Experience Experience Assessing and Moderating Artisans At least 5- 10 years' experience working with Earth Moving Equipment in an opencast mining environment Knowledge / Competencies /Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English PC proficient including Microsoft Office Strong attention to detail and well organized Good communication skills Market Related
