Law firm in Pretoria East is looking for a Trusts and Estates Administrator to join their team in Pretoria. Responsibilities: Administering trusts and estates and maintaining accurate records. Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, and the Master of the High Court to provide assistance and address enquiries. Preparing legal documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney, with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Working independently to manage a strict schedule and prioritise tasks effectively. Demonstrating strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Excel, to handle complex data and financial information. Utilising mathematical and accounting knowledge to ensure accuracy in financial transactions and calculations. Collaborating with team members to support the firm's goals and objectives. Leveraging excellent communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders Requirements: Paralegal Diploma or an equivalent qualification. Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to work under pressure and manage a strict schedule. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Mathematically/accounting strong. Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
