As a Senior Developer, Vice President, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining applications using modern front-end technology, middle layer .Net with .Net Core, and SQL Server database. You will be tasked with providing strategic technical solutions to complex problems within a distributed systems environment. Your ability to discover true requirements underlying feature requests will be crucial in recommending alternative technical and business approaches. You will also have the opportunity to lead engineering efforts to meet timelines with optimal solutions. Your role will involve performing code reviews, providing project visibility to key stakeholders, collaborating with cross-functional teams across various locations, managing a team of junior developers, and having an in-depth knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle and Scrum methodology. Hands-on full stack development & maintenance of applications using modern front-end technology (Vue, Angular, or React), middle layer .Net with .Net Core, and SQL Server database Provide strategic technical solutions to complex problems in a distributed systems environment Discover true requirements underlying feature requests, recommend alternative technical and business approaches, and lead engineering efforts to meet timelines with optimal solutions Perform code reviews - reading, understanding, and improving the work of peers through constructive criticism as well as maintaining adherence to internal guidelines and industry standards Provide project visibility to key stakeholders, in addition to opportunities for handling significant scope Collaborate with cross-functional teams, working in distributed offices to deliver projects In-depth knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle and Scrum methodology Manage a team of 2-4 junior developers The ideal Senior Developer, Vice President will bring a wealth of experience in programming with C#/.Net and RDBMS, preferably SQL Server. You will have at least 4 years of experience in modern JavaScript frameworks and an excellent understanding of object-oriented programming, latest architectures, and design patterns. Proficiency with GIT version control system is essential. Your knowledge of database schemas that represent and support business applications will be crucial in this role. The ability to efficiently read and comprehend other developers' code, architect, design, and implement scalable systems are key skills required for this role. Excellent client-facing written and verbal communication skills are also necessary. 8 years of programming experience in C#/.Net 8 years experience in RDBMS (Preferably SQL Server) 4 years of programming experience in modern JavaScript framework Excellent understanding of object-oriented programming, latest architectures, and Design patterns Proficient with GIT version control system Knowledge of database schemas that represent and support business applications Demonstrated ability to efficiently read and comprehend other developers' code Ability to architect, design, and implement scalable systems Excellent client-facing written and verbal communication skills
