Our client in the Production industry has a vacancy for an HR & Wages Manager to join their team. Process Wages and Payroll Monthly. Check for accuracy with supervisors. Process payroll and do SARS monthly submissions. Manage employee leave forms and submit into system and file accurately. Assist with Health & Safety requirements. Ensure employee files are up to date with contracts, job descriptions, etc. Reporting to Management. Administer employment equity meetings. Coordinate disciplinary hearings etc. Similar experience compulsory. HR diploma advantageous.
