Our Retail client is currently seeking a W&R SETA Constituent Moderator to join their team based in Durban. Contract position based on running projects. Salary : Market related Requirements : Must be ETDP Qualified facilitator and Assessor Own laptop Own Transport Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Computer literate (MS Office) Attention to detail and proactive attitude and a team player Ability to organize and prioritize Results focused Time management skills Ability to work independently Innovative and demonstrates initiative Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines Ability to interact at all levels Minimum of 2 years' experience facilitating and assessing 1 or more of the below programmes: 103145: Occupational Certificate: Retail Buyer 103151: Occupational Certificate: Planner 99669: Occupational Certificate: Sales Advisor 99707: Occupational Certificate: Checkout Operator Responsibilities : As the Moderator your responsibilities will be: Ensure that the assessment process is fair, valid, reliable and practicable. Moderating and supporting assessors, assessment instruments setting up and managing an assessment and moderation system (through company policies and procedures).
