Warehouse Manager - - Johannesburg

3-5 years' experience in large scale warehousing operations
Detailed understanding of operational, administrative and system processes in the warehouse
Well experience in managing a team E-commerce fulfillment experience SAP experience

Requirements:

Supervise the day-to-day operations in terms of receiving, checking, storing, picking, stock control activities, quality, health & safety, and to ensure that these functions are carried out in a timely, reliable and cost- effective manner
Coordinate inbound/outbound shipment activities
Monitor and direct flow and/or movement of parts to ensure dock rotation and availability.
Overseeing the proper processing of daily orders, spreading workload among the warehouse personnel and directing work groups including inbound loads
Ensure thorough training/cross-training of all warehouse personnel Preparing and monitoring the methods used for unloading and loading, including proper safety handling procedures
Directing, auditing and confirming Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) methods based on Warehouse function
Ensuring that the warehouse and outside areas are kept clean and neat, depicting a professional image at all times
This includes assigning and delegating clean up zones as needed Maintain equipment and facilities to ensure a safe work environment
