The HR Manager will be responsible for the enhancement and implementation of human resource policies
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
HR Management:
Managing HR team and full HR and payroll function
appointed and transferred employees.
Assisting management in monitoring progress of new employees and ensuring
UIF, PAYE, SDL, Workers compensation etc.
Managing and monitoring of all leave and absenteeism.
Management informed regarding Human Resource matters and working closely with Management team to
