Compliance Responsible for taking the Lead in supporting BBBEE Transformation with the execution of all submission to the DTIC (Quarterly and Annual) Support the quarterly site visits from the DTIC Collaborate EE Manager to ensure timely submission (annual) Support action from the quarterly EE Committe meetings consultation and training across the business Support development and implementation of transformation Help develop EE reporting and monitoring tool Support project management of transformation initiatives/projects
