Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles Proven ability ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records Data entry skills along with Create purchase orders and purchase invoices in accounting system Create the payment proposals Bi-monthly transactions are recorded in the correct general ledger account, suppliers ledger, customer ledger and general launch reports and financial statements Assist the Accountant to generate and maintain data room for each project
