Must manage junior staff, Facilities and Procurement divisions Prepare financial models to assess viability of new projects Review and associated monthly PAYE, Provident Fund and Group Risk submissions. Must have up to date knowledge legislation, exchange control regulations, IFRS & Financial modelling and be highly computer literate. Must have knowledge of Buildsmart & MDA Property Management Systems.
