human science, a Post graduate qualification in Labour Law and Management/Leadership is a distinct advantage understanding of Skills Development, Labour Relations and Labour Law, Employment Equity, Recruitment and implementation of workplace transformation, Arbitration and Labour Court matters as well as ESG with specific reference
including ensuring compliance with South African Labour Legislation, the company local and global HR policies of SA labour legislation: Employment Equity Act, Basic Conditions of Employment Act and Labour Relations developing action plans.
