Perform general administrative tasks. Manage records. Monitor and manage expiry / due dates. Keep diary with Identify areas where discrepancies occur and notify management. Follow up to implement solutions. Validate and documentation according to procedure. Capture, transfer and manage information from source documents to drive. Scan Follow and complete instructions from Operations Manager. Developing specific goals and plans to prioritise technology. Housekeeping. Reception and Guest Management. Adhoc travelling to Distribution Centres. Grade
