Relationship Results: - Build strong internal relationships across teams and functions Partner, Insights, B2B and Deployment Teams etc). - Build exceptional external relationships with the trade by interviewing and recruiting top performing supervisors and sales staff. - Ensuring the safekeeping of experience in Retail - 1-2 years' experience in a Supervisor Role. - Knowledge of Customer service principles
