Brief Description of the Vacancy: We are seeking an Event Sales Manager to join our expanding Corporate and relationships, managing budgets, and overseeing event operations. In-office Responsibilities: Investigate maintain new and existing work. Plan and budget operations for future events. Order relevant stock and equipment years’ experience in bar/event operations. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the event or hospitality sales Willingness to stay and work onsite at or near event locations, including outside regular working hours

Must be willing to take over if general manager involved in the BOH, takeaways, and Events (120-seater) Must have events experience Must be well-presented Manage Restaurant staff including FOH, BOH, and events staff Oversee that all opening and closing duties daily and nightly cash drawers and POS From time to time manage entire restaurant when GM is not around
