Cost Control • Planning and overseeing allocating resources project efficiency. • Monitoring project costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities and adhering to budget constraints. • Place orders for approval by Site Agent/ Contracts Manager • Manage Breakages and materials timeously • Substantiate capital expenditure and hire costs if required Reporting & Documentation • Have reports concluded timeously for checking by Site Agent/ PM/ CM • Ensure adjustments to programme are justified
