Reporting directly to the Project Manager and Project Director as and when it is required change order estimating and assists the Project Manager in change order negotiations. Coordinates and monitors efficiency of projects in the execution phase. Managing and reviewing the progress of contractors' construction potential changes. Report the status of projects to Management. Attend all progress and quality client meetings
