The primary interactions would include attending the training apart from periodic reporting of all the above to the Operations owner /Training leader /Ability to: Assess process-training needs. Deliver presentations or training using acceptable methods and 12 months of training experience in BPO / Utilities industry. Prior exposure to training shall be preferred
