Ensure performance objectives of all supervisors and implement corrective actions Conduct weekly supervisor meetings. Mentor reported according to procedure. Prepare transport department payroll input. Monitor and report on on-time standards are met Ensure timely corrective action is taken to address service level, cost, quality and health balanced. Training and development for the transport department Manage training and development plan for drivers
