- Obtain Credit Check and FICA where necessary
Arrear Administration
- Following up on outstanding payments
Property Administration
- Maintain Property, Unit, Tenant and
Strong Proficiency in relevant computer packages (MS Office) and software package
Experience
Accuracy Well versed with basic functions of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to work businesses in data-led industries such as insurance, banking and financial services, healthcare, retail and insurance companies, nine of the top 20 global banks, and six of the top ten US health care payers.
