The primary role of the Account Executive is to acquire new business in the Trade & Debtor Finance arena, while effectively managing the client relationship and credit risk on an on-going basisc • New business origination and relationship management once new clients on-boarded • Develop a sales strategy in conjunction with Senior Management, ensuring financial targets are achieved and a high level of engagement is provided to prospective/existing clients • Create and maintain appropriate internal and external networks to generate a strong flow of new business and create a visible presence for the company in the marketplace Commercial Degree 10 years' experience of Commercial Banking in a Sales position with a good knowledge of working capital Finance and/or trade and debtor Finance Strong Financial/Analytical skills
