Join our dynamic team as an Account Manager, where you will play a crucial role in planning, coordinating, and administering market research projects. You will manage account activities, collaborate across departments, and ensure quality deliverables based on SLAs. From project design to implementation and data insights, your expertise will drive impactful research that informs key business decisions. Roles and Responsibilities: Conducting data analysis and consolidating findings into comprehensive presentations with actionable recommendations. Translating complex data into insightful answers to client business questions and operationalizing research techniques to deliver in-depth customer insights. Developing and implementing effective reporting, tracking, and analysis methods. Applying core statistical techniques and metrics in experience management measurement programs and research. Managing projects to meet requirements and objectives. Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Driving process improvement and efficiency. Monitoring survey progress and providing strategic guidance. Offering expert client advisory services and proactively addressing client requests. Conducting face-to-face client meetings, training sessions, and presentations. Competencies: Strategic Thinking/Insights Business Acumen Analytical Thinking Attention to Detail Customer Insight and Focus Relationship Building/Networking Service Delivery Excellence Decision Making Open and Effective Communication Problem Solving Process Orientation Adaptability Negotiation Report Writing Time Management Requirements: A 3-year degree in Research, Marketing, Business, Economics, Social Science, or a related field. Proficiency in computer applications and tools relevant to market research.
