Project Account Manager serves as a bridge between the client and the internal project team, ensuring that projects are completed successfully, on time, and within budget while meeting the client's expectations. Minimum Requirements & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or B Tech in Mining PMP/ Prince II Certification Proven project management experience within mining operations and /or mining technology Proficiency in using online project management software - ZOHO Projects or similar Willingness to travel (local and Sub-Sahara Africa) as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events Key Performance Areas: Administrative and document management support for projects Customer account management and technical support services Monitor integration of client feedback into project execution and service enhancements Coordinate and track asset and resource allocations Monitor and assess project milestones and operational efficiencies Project risk identification and mitigation Monitor contractual compliance according to customer agreements Oversee and monitor project budget and project expenses Tender and solution quotation support R750 000 per annum
