Our Client in the Office Automation industry has a vacancy for a MPS Consultant / Account Manager at their Head Office based in Pinetown, Durban. This role will suit an energetic individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is proactive, loves to multi-task and has strong administration skills. The individual must also have strong attention to detail. The incumbent will work with various business units and making sure each department meets the needs of its clients and customers. They handle customer complaints, find solutions to their issues, and maintain a positive relationship between both parties for future business ventures. Proactively working with clients to ensure we are adding value to their business environments and providing them with different solutions Liaising with internal Green Office departments to achieve and secure new MPS clients Identifying client needs & objectives and meeting them within agreed deadlines Using Pastel Evolution and CRM systems (training provided) Ensuring general administration is maintained 3-5 years Account Management experience is essential and preferably with Office Automation/ICT industry experience Project management experience is important IT qualification required (BTech/National Diploma: Information Technology or BSC Information Systems) Excellent knowledge of IT infrastructure and architecture Driver's license and own reliable transport are essential Proficient using MS Office Must have a flare for working on various computer systems CRM or good customer relationship skill set Required Job Competencies: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Accuracy and diligence in completing tasks Goal directed & excellent organizational ability Excellent time management skills Analytical thinking Client relationship management with a proven track record Presentation skills Ability to work in a team Identifying client needs & objectives and meeting them within agreed deadlines Customer prospecting Computer Literacy Must be organised and meticulous in their time and opportunity management Negotiable Group Life Benefits
